What we collect
- Usage data (pages viewed, device info) via GA4.
- Form data you submit (e.g., name, email, message) via Ninja Forms.
We do not use marketing/remarketing cookies at launch.
Why we use it (lawful bases)
- Legitimate interests: operate and improve the directory, prevent abuse, security.
- Consent: non-essential cookies/analytics and optional form fields.
- Contract: when we respond to your specific requests.
Sharing & processors
We use standard processors (e.g., hosting/CDN, GA4, form/email service). We require safeguards and DPAs where applicable.
Retention
- Form submissions: keep only as long as needed to handle your request, then archive/delete under conservative defaults.
- Analytics data: per GA4 standard retention (minimized).
