What PadelnPlay is
PadelnPlay is an informational directory of padel clubs and courts, and also offers a Group Booking Concierge service to help organize padel bookings for groups (for example corporate events, team-building, friends’ trips, and similar). Directory information is provided on a best-effort basis and may change without notice.
Directory vs. Concierge:
For directory listings, PadelnPlay is not the provider of the sports facility. For concierge requests, we help coordinate with clubs and partners and may collect payments as described below.
Using the site
You agree not to misuse the site (no scraping, spamming, reverse engineering, or security probing). You must be of legal age in your country to submit forms.
Content & accuracy
We aim for accurate, up-to-date information, but we can’t guarantee completeness or availability. Always verify details directly with the club before visiting or booking.
Payments for Group Bookings
For Group Booking Concierge requests, we may offer you the option to pay through PadelnPlay (operated by THREE3 BV) to confirm or secure your booking. In that case:
You authorize us to collect payment from you and to pay the relevant club/venue and/or service partners on your behalf.
Unless stated otherwise, the booking is only confirmed once you receive written confirmation from us (email is sufficient).
Prices, included services, and booking terms may vary by club/partner and will be shown or confirmed to you before payment is taken.
We act as an intermediary to facilitate payments between you and the club/partner. The club/partner remains responsible for providing the booked services.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund terms depend on the club/partner and the specific booking (for example court reservation rules, minimum spend, event staffing, and catering). We will share the applicable cancellation terms before payment is taken.
If a refund is due, we will process it back to the original payment method where possible, unless prohibited by law.
Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
If you have a problem with a booking, contact us first and we will try to resolve it with the club/partner. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution and can result in the booking being cancelled.
Third-Party Services
Clubs, coaches, and other partners are independent third parties. We are not responsible for their actions, availability, cancellations, or service quality. Where we facilitate a booking, we will use reasonable efforts to coordinate and communicate, but we do not guarantee third-party performance.
Intellectual property
Site content is protected. Do not copy, mirror, or republish without permission, except for personal use.
Liability limits
To the extent permitted by Belgian law, PadelnPlay is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site.
Changes
We may update these terms. The “Effective date” indicates the latest version.
